依旧是下班后熟悉的回家的街道, 耳机里播放的是Jonathan Coulton的still alive, 脑子里想我的精力是匮乏的, 所以选择尤为重要.

什么都能做成不是吗? 至少我的精力是无限的. 如果不够那就继续push自己好了. 疲惫也可以打鸡血不是吗? 无聊的事情就更快一点? 只要逻辑上能行得通, 那我肯定能够实现不是吗?

放弃20%是需要学习的. 如何把事情统筹规划的更好(做tradeoff), 管理好自己的生活比做好20%更加重要. 20%是牺牲长期的健康和注意力去换取短暂的反馈, 是不明智的.

Environment

During the interview, I asked: “Have you ever faced inaccurate or changing requirements from the PM and no clear test cases from QA?” They replied, “No.” If we are in this situation, we are doing a shit job. If we truly are, we must solve this problem.

In wrong environment, the harder you work, the faster burnout comes. Because the gap between your “high input” and the environment’s “low feedback” becomes wider and wider.
